I first started photographing weddings in 2002 when a friend asked me to photograph hers. I was, of course, hesitant because although photography had been a part of my life for 10 years by that time I had never shot a wedding before!

I was honored to be in a position that I could help her out. The day went beautifully and the images were amazing. We were on top of a mountain right next to the famous Hollywood sign! The backdrops provided by the mountain were breathtaking, which made my job a lot easier. I enjoyed myself so much and the memories that I captured that day gave me the desire to focus my talent on capturing the memories of my clients.

Many later I still love what I do and truly enjoy being a part of my client’s lives, so in honor of all those young couples out there – my husband Matt and I would like to wish you the very best of luck on your journey.
